The architecture was fine with traditional Balinese buildings ( amazing). The location was central, very close to the market. Breakfast was good, especially the banana pancakes.
The air conditioning in the room was not working optimally.

our room, the beautiful double room, was not cleaned . we requested cleaning, but it was never done. also, the bathroom had mold on the ceiling, and pieces of plaster fell, this made the room unpleasant. the curtains also had mold stains, concerning.

Central Location and Lovely Decor!

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The architecture was beautiful. Every corner offered something lovely to look at. The breakfast (especially the banana pancakes!) was delicious. The hotel also arranged our airport taxi and onward transportation, which I found very convenient.
The room was clean for the most part, but I did spot some very slight stains on the sheets.

The double bed was very comfy, allowing restful sleep. There was also a spacious outdoor seating area. I appreciated the traditional Balinese decor that created a unique atmosphere.

The pool area provided a refreshing escape from the heat. Airport transfers were available. This made arrival and departure smooth. The architecture featured intricate wood carvings.

The staff arranged taxis, simplifying transportation needs. The key storage system allowed easy access for all occupants. I found the team member always eager to assist with any questions or requests I had.

i loved the central location! i could easily walk to the market and many restaurants. the traditional architecture was very beautiful. it really reminded me of i was living in the culture.
the stairs were a bit tricky because there isn't an elevator. also, i felt the bathroom could have been cleaner. it was a bit of a letdown!
